Candace_Images_03-web[1] Candace Rozell: President & CEOConcierge Connection, Inc. was founded by Candace in 2001. Candace has served as a concierge in the Dallas area since 1991. She is the former President of Corporate Concierge, Inc. (a local association), is a founding member of The National Concierge Association, and voted Corporate Concierge of the Year 2010 by Where Magazine. Candace currently serves on the BOMA Community Service Committee, is Associate Publisher (Staycation section) for The Commercial Real Estate Network Magazine, and is a contributing partner of PM Advantage.

A realtor since 2004, Mike has brought a great level of personal service to the team.  He has been at Turtle Creek Centre since 2008 and is responsible for all concierge services including event coordination.  In early 2010, Mike took ownership of our online web marketing and will be sharing partnership opportunities with vendors as well as developing/maintaining relationships with our “preferred partners”. Mike has also been a member of Corporate Concierge, Inc since 2008.
Carrie_Images_01-web[1] Kari Rich: On-site Concierge, Chase Tower & Rosewood CourtKari joined our team in May 2009 as our first multi-building on-site concierge. She is responsible for concierge services and event coordination for two buildings on a daily basis.  Prior to joining our team, Kari spent 10 years with Information Builders in the consulting department as the Regional Administrator (covering Dallas, Houston & Denver). During that time she assisted the Regional V.P. and some of her many responsibilities included coordinating projects, client events, and trade shows, as well as assisting with HR responsibilities. She has been a member of Corporate Concierge, Inc since 2009.
1_02[1] Zina Cunningham: On-site Concierge, InfomartWith over 15 years’ experience in the Property Management industry, Zina offers a fantastic perspective for our team.  She has a shared responsibility, being a part of the management team at the Infomart for the past 15 years as well as the on-site concierge for the last 3 years.  She handles all concierge requests for Infomart and assists the Property Managers in coordination of all events and tenant services as well as day to day operations.
Joyce joined our team in January 2011. She has over 20 years’ experience in customer service, eighteen years as a flight attendant with a major airline. She is responsible for assisting with newsletter and event coordination as well as day to day operations. Joyce has also been trained to provide concierge services on location as needed.

 

Meera Meera Augustine

Meera joined the Concierge Connection team in May 2010 after having recently returned from living and studying overseas. Prior to working as a Concierge, she has had experience at a call center, as a retail stylist, events manager, and hostess manager. She is responsible for handling both on-site and off-site concierge services and assisting with event coordination. Meera is also a part-time tutor for the Kumon tutoring organization in Carrollton.
